Whimsy Inspiration - Geeky Glasses

Hi Everyone!

 

I have been having some internet problems... which unfortunately meant I missed out on the Whimsy Stamps May Release Blog Hops :-(

But the great news is that I'm back online, and now I have a bunch of cards to share with you! :-)

 

So to get warmed up, I have a Whimsy card using this sweet girl from Time for Tea Designs called 'Geeky Glasses'.  The 'Just a Note' sentiment is from the 'Everyday Moments' sentiments set, from the Clearly Whimsy Stamps Collection.  Both are all available at the Whimsy Stamps store.

 

The image is stamped in Memento Tuxedo ink and coloured with Copic markers. I trimmed it into a simple rectangle and inked the edges with Distress Ink 'Frayed Burlap'.

 

The papers are from the Kaisercraft 'Cherry Blossom' 6x6 papers, and some Bazzill cardstock. free digital kit at Sweet Shoppe Designs.

I finished wish a few lilies from Wild Orchid Crafts and a twine bow.
