Whimsy Stamps Circle of Friends Blog Hop!

Hi everyone and welcome to our
Circle of Friends blog hop
especially for our dear DT member and friend
Bev Rochester

Unfortunately, Bev has had to take a little break from crafting over the past few months due to ill health. We are missing her here at Whimsy and want to let her know that we are thinking about her and wishing her a speedy recovery.

Even though the Whimsy family is scattered all around the world, we have come together as a circle of friends to show Bev our love and support by each making her a card.

Although this hop is for Bev, we do hope you will hop along with us to support our wonderful teammate and friend.

If you arrived here from Patricia Garcia's blog, then you are in the right place! If you’ve happened upon this post by chance and would like to hop with us, hop on over to the Whimsy Stamps blog to begin the hop.

For my card for Bev I wanted to choose her favourite colours... and out of her MANY favourite combos I picked 'Yellow and Pink' ;)

I chose the adorable "Rowan Fairy" stamp by Wee Stamps, and used the Sentiment from "Everyday Sliders 1" by Raindrop Echo Designs.

I know they are probably supposed to be berries, but as an Aussie they looks like blooms of Wattle (Acacia) around the sweet little fairy to me... so that's what I went with!

Bev, I hope you are loving this Blog Hop and all our creations just for you... and that it is cheering you up! You are so special to us all!

So now it's time for you to hop over to ...Tammy Louise Cunliffe's blog!

Finally, here is a full hop list in hopping order:

Thanks so much for stopping by today!

Shannah, that's just gorgeous. I love your choice of stamp, so perfect. This is one I bet Bev would love to be colouring up herself when she feels well enough. So it's sure to bring her great joy. Lovely colour combo and sweet layers and elements to your card. Hugs, Wends x
