Whimsy Inspiration - Unicorn Magic

Hi Everyone!

Here is a card I made for Whimsy Stamps DT, using the Unicorn Magic rubber stamp by Kirsten Winkelbauer.

I've also used the Over the Rainbow digital papers by Tracy Wray, Double Scallop Doily Die,  'Birthday, Wishes and Magical Word Die' Set, Banner Sentiments Dies and Summer Breeze Enamel Dots. All these great products are available at Whimsy Stamps. 

I coloured the image with Copic markers, die-cut into a circle, and framed with the double scallop doily die. I adhered the die-cut sentiments onto a banner die and attached across the bottom of the image using 3D foam tape.

I finished with some Whimsy Stamps Summer Breeze Enamel Dots and a few flowers.

Whimsy Inspiration - Pumpkin Witchy

Hi Everyone!

Today I'm sharing a card I made for Whimsy Stamps DT, using Pumpkin Witchy rubber stamp by Kirsten Winkelbauer.

I've also used the Haunted Halloween digital papers by Tracey Wray. Unfortunately the cute spider web, black cat and bat are from an old Whimsy Shapeology Halloween die set which I didn't realise are no longer available. (oops!)

I coloured the image with Copic markers, fussy-cut and double mounted over cheesecloth onto the card. I finished with some Whimsy Stamps Summer Breeze Enamel Dots and a few flowers.

Whimsy Inspiration - Teddy Birthday Message

Hi Everyone!

Here is a card I made for the Whimsy Stamps July release, using the sweet Teddy Birthday Message stamp by Lee Holland.

I also used the Party Time digital papers by Tracey Wray and Whimsy Stamps Christmas Cheer enamel dots, also available at Whimsy Stamps.

The image is stamped with Tuxedo Black Memento ink and coloured with Copic markers, then fussy-cut and double-mounted onto the card front.

I embellished the card with ribbon and some Stickles to finish.

Whimsy Inspiration - Penguin Beach Chair

Hi Everyone!

Here's my last card for June... yes another penguin! ;-)

 

For this card I used the adorable Penguin Beach Chair by Crissy Armstrong, available at Whimsy Stamps. The sentiment is from the Clearly Whimsy Penguin Life's a Beach stamp set.

I also used Deep Sea digital papers for the water, and Boys & Toys digital papers for the sand. Both are by Tracey Wray and available at Whimsy Stamps.

I coloured the image with Copic markers, fussy-cut and double mounted onto the card. I added some summery elements fussy-cut from the Sweet Shoppe designs "All Wet" digital paper collection, and finished with some Whimsy Stamps Winter Wishes enamel dots.

Whimsy Inspiration - Skater Penguin!

This little penguin is in the same set as the last card... but he was so cute I had to make a card for him too!

Whimsy Inspiration - Surfer Penguin!

Hi Everyone!

I hope you love penguins... because in June I couldn't resist Crissy Armstrong's adorable penguin stamps and went a little crazy with them!

 

For this card I used the Clearly Whimsy Penguin Life's a Beach stamp set by Crissy Armstrong, with the included sentiment, available at Whimsy Stamps.

I also used Deep Sea digital papers for the water, and English Gentleman digital papers for the sand. Both are by Tracey Wray and available at Whimsy Stamps.

I made this card using the absolutely gorgeous Clearly Whimsy Pretty Big Flowers clear stamp set, designed by Ellen Haxelmans.

I coloured the flowers with Copic markers, and fussy-cut and double mounted shaped layers for extra dimension.

Whimsy Inspiration - Sunflower Smiles

Here's the second of my catch-up cards for the month of April...
This card features the sweet Sunflower Smile set from Krista Heij-Barber. The papers are from the Fresh Rose digital kit by Tracey Wray.

The sentiment is from the Penguin Gardener stamp set, and the word dies are from the 'Smiles, Happy, and Celebrate Word Die Set' and 'Birthday, Wishes, and Magical Word Die' Set, and all of these great products are available at Whimsy Stamps.
 

I've coloured the gorgeous sunflowers using Copic markers, and layered Tracey's beautiful papers with cheesecloth.

I finished with Wild Orchid Crafts paper flowers, seam binding bows and pearls.

Whimsy Inspiration - Kangaroo Love

I'm so sorry I haven't been blogging lately! I'm still here, and still very busy crafting. I have, however been down with the dreaded flu twice in the last few of months, and it's left me playing catch-up!

So here are the cards I made for Whimsy Stamps DT during April - better late than never, right??  ;-)

The first card features an ADORABLE stamp (I'm not biased at all being an Aussie!) called Kangaroo Love from Krista Heij-Barber.

Whimsy Inspriration - Bee-Cause!

Hi Everyone!

Here is a card I made for the February Whimsy Stamps release, using the sweet Bee-Cause stamp by Krista Heij-Barber.

I've also used the super fun Slip 'n Slide die set, April Showers digital papers by Tracy Wray, Vintage Digital sentiments by Bev Rochester and Summer Breeze Enamel Dots, all available from Whimsy Stamps.

The stamped images are coloured with Copic markers, and fussy-cut, then arranged onto my card to create a little garden scene.

The butterfly 'flies' across the card to visits the flowers using the fabulous and easy-to-use slider slot. I finished the card with some bright Whimsy enamel dots. Hope you like it!

For my card today I've used a stamp from our fabulous new Whimsy artist, Kirsten Winkelbauer called Floral Waves. 

I've also used the beautifully bright Over the Rainbow digital papers by Tracy Wray, Vintage Digital sentiments by Bev Rochester, Vines die set and Winter Wishes Enamel Dots, all available from Whimsy Stamps.

The image is stamped with Momento Tuxedo ink and coloured with Copic markers, then fussy-cut and added to the card.

The sentiment is die-cut with a Kaisercraft die, the edges inked and added to the card. I finished with a Whimsy Vine die and some Wild Orchid flowers.

Here is a card I made for the December Whimsy Stamps release, using Littlest Reindeer digital stamp by Crissy Armstrong.

I also used the fabulous Winter Wishes Designer Papers & Enamel Dots by Tracey Wray, Geometric Snowflakes die and Snowflake dies, all available from Whimsy Stamps.

The printed digital image is coloured with Copic markers.

Here is a card I made for the December Whimsy Stamps release, using Jingle Bell Ride digital stamp by Crissy Armstrong.

I also used the Build a Poinsettia dies and Christmas Cheer Enamel Dots, both available from Whimsy Stamps.

The papers are from the Teresa Collins Christmas Cottage 6x6 paper pad along with some Bazzill cardstock for the Poinsettia.

The printed image is coloured with Copic markers, and I finished the card with some Stickles and Whimsy enamel dots. Hope you like it!

I also used the Hearts of Love Card Builder die set for the frame around the image, available from Whimsy Stamps.

The papers are from the Authentique Joyous collection 6x6 paper pad.

The image is stamped with Tuxedo Black Memento ink and coloured with Copic markers.
