Whimsy Inspiration - Gingerbread House

Hi Everyone!
I have some Whimsy inspiration to share with you today!

For this card I inked up this sweet image from Meljen's Designs called Gingerbread House.  I've also used the Elegant Snowflake Die Set and Country Christmas Sentiments, and all these are available at the Whimsy Stamps store.

The image is stamped with Memento Tuxedo Ink and coloured with Copic Markers, then cut and framed using Nestabilities Labels 18. I used some Stickles Frosted Lace for the icing / snow on the image.

 

 

The papers are from the Sweet Shoppe Designs 'Happy Holidays' digital paper kit, and all edges have been distressed with Antique Linen ink.

 

I finished with some snowflake dies, some pearls and a pink bow.

Whimsy Inspiration - Santa's Gifts

Hi Everyone!
I have a final card to share with you from our Whimsy September release... before our brand new October Release begins on Wednesday!

For this card I inked up this cute image from Crissy Armstrong called Santa's Gifts. I've also used the fab new Country Christmas Sentiments from Meljen's Designs, and the Merry Large Word Die. All of these are available now at the Whimsy Stamps store.

 

The image and sentiment is stamped with Memento Tuxedo Ink and coloured with Copic Markers.

 

 

The papers are from the Bo Bunny 'Noel' 6x6 paper pad, and all edges have been distressed with Frayed Burlap Distress ink.

I finished with a simple embellishment of holly leaves and berries.

Whimsy Inpiration - Flowers in my Pocket & Vintage Baby

Hi Everyone!

I have a couple of really quick Whimsy Inspiration cards for you today!
For my first card I have used a stamp from Meljen's Designs called Flowers in my Pocket. I have also used Everyday Sliders 1 and matching Slider 1 Die, available at the Whimsy Stamps store.

 

 

The image is stamped with Memento Tuxedo ink and coloured with Copic markers,  and the papers are from Sweet Shoppe Designs 'Head in the Clouds' digital kit.

For my second card I used the new 'Vintage Baby Sentiment Collection' stamp set and 'Vintage Baby Large Words' shapeology dies, both available at the Whimsy Stamps store. 

 

 

The image is stamped with Memento Dew Drop 'Sweet Plum' ink. The papers are from Nitwits Collection 'Fairytale Dreams' digital kit, and all the edges are distressed and aged with Antique Linen ink.

I added the die cut Princess and some pearls to finish.

Whimsy Inspiration - Christmas Wreath Owl

Hi Everyone!
I have some more Whimsy inspiration from our October release to share with you!

For this card I used the new 'Christmas Wreath Owl' stamp by Meljen's Designs, available at the Whimsy Stamps store.

As you can see it is a very quick and easy card, as we are getting into that 'Christmas-card-production' time of year lol! :)

Whimsy Inspiration - Victorian Birdcage

Hi Everyone!

Today I wanted to share a card I've made with one of our Whimsy Stamps July New Release images called "Victorian Birdcage" by Meljen Designs. I've also used the "Lovely Spring Sliders" by Raindrop Echo Designs and matching Slider 2 Die.
I love the vintage feel of this image, so had to go with lace and rose collage papers.
