Whimsy Stamps April 2015 Release - Day 1

Hi Everyone!
Welcome to Day 1 of our...
April Rubber Stamp and Die Release

Over the next 3 days we will reveal 15 *BRAND NEW* red rubber stamps/stamp sets and 3 Die Sets. They will be available to buy from the Whimsy Stamps store today and from selected Whimsy Stamps retailers on Wednesday.

Today we are excited to show you the brand new Crissy Armstrong, Time for Tea Designs, Lizzy Love and Michele Roos stamps and dies being released this month. For a full reveal of these stamps, check out the Whimsy blog.

For today's hop, I have used this cute and fun new image from Time for Tea Designs called 'Shop Til You Drop'. I have also used 'Girl Talk' sentiments from the Clearly Whimsy Stamps Collection, and 'Stitched Circles Die Set'.  Of course these are all available at the Whimsy Stamps store.

The image is stamped in Memento Tuxedo ink, coloured with Copic markers, then fussy cut and adhered onto patterned paper. The sentiment is stamped directly onto patterned paper and matt with purple cardstock, both die cut using the smallest Whimsy stitched circle die.

The papers are from the 'Confetti' free digital kit at Sweet Shoppe Designs. All the edges were inked with Distress Ink 'Antique Linen'. I added a row of crochet lace and tiny pearls over the paper joins.

I finished wish a pink satin bow, some pink pearls, and flowers from Wild Orchid Crafts.

So now it's time for you to continue today's hop!

PRIZE ALERT ... We have hidden a fabulous prize of a $15 GIFT CERTIFICATE at one of the stops on today’s hop! We will draw the lucky winner from the comments left here and on today's design team posts (listed below) so be sure to visit everyone and leave a comment at every stop to be entered into the draw:
Thanks so much for visiting today and happy hopping!
