Whimsy Inspiration - Abby & Jade

Hello!
I'm back today to share some Whimsy inspiration with you.

For this card I've used this adorable image called 'Abby & Jade' from Crissy Armstrong, and Winter Brackets' sentiments from Raindrop Echo Designs. Both are available at the Whimsy Stamps store.

The patterned paper is from the Authentique 'Joyous' 6 x 6 pad, and I inked the edges with Distress Ink 'Frayed Burlap'. The image is stamped in Memento 'Tuxedo' ink, and coloured with Copic markers. I stamped another image onto patterned paper and fussy cut the jackets of both 'Abby & Jade', and paper-pieced onto the main image.

 

I sponged around the image with Memento 'Summer Sky' ink, and added Fun Flock and Stickles for fur and snow. Flowers from Wild Orchid Crafts and a few pearls were the finishing touches.
