July Facebook Challenge - Summer Ice Cream

Hi Everyone!
Today I'm here to share my card for this months Whimsy Stamps Facebook Challenge!

Please hop over and join the Whimsy Stamps and Inspiration Facebook Group  (if you haven't already) and play along with our July challenge - you could win a $15 Whimsy gift voucher!
The Whimsy Rubber DT are sharing our inspirational creations throughout the first weeks of the month, but you have the whole month to enter!

The theme for July is "Favourite Colours"!

One of my favourite colour combinations (among MANY!) is Blue & Yellow, so that's what I chose to go with today!

I made this card using the adorable new 'Little Apple Blossom Summer Ice Cream' from Elisabeth Bell, 'Fluttering By Sentiments' by Simonne Clay Designs, and the Whimsy 'Vines Die Set'. All of these are available at the Whimsy Stamps store.

I stamped the image with Memento Tuxedo Ink, coloured with Copic markers, and used Pearlescent chalks for a soft sky.

I used burlap, jute and real sea shells for my embellishments for a real seaside / nautical feel.

Hope you like my card... and I hope you'll join us in the  Whimsy Stamps Facebook Challenge!

Have a great week!
